• CleanRest Fitted Sheet Style Waterproof mattress protector – 10 years
• CleanRest CleanRest Mattress Encasement – 5 years
• CleanRest HOTEL KIT. Encasement – 5 years, Protector – 2 years

 

What is covered:

• Broken seams, zippers, and the Zip-N-Click bed bug blocking zipper enclosure

 

What is not covered:

• Stains, tears, punctures and abrasion due to abuse, spills, soiling or other outside factors.
• Losses due to fire, theft, flood or other natural disasters.
• Damage resulting from laundering in water greater than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
• CleanBrands LLC makes no warranty against the infestation of bed bugs.

 

How to make a claim:

Good News! We no longer require product registration for warranties. We build our products to the highest quality and continue to stand by our warranty.

Please provide an explanation and/or photo of the defect along with your full name and purchase date.

Very important: Do not ship or mail used bedding unless instructed to do so.

CleanBrands LLC will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective product with the exact or similar product at no charge.

 

CleanBrands LLC is warrantied against manufacturer’s defects for the product only. CleanBrands LLC makes no warranty against mattress staining or bed bug infestation and does not replace mattresses.
