Returns

All CleanRest® products have a 30-Day no-hassle return policy from date of delivery if the product has not been used.

Simply return it in its original unused condition within 30 days from the day of delivery, and we will issue a refund, less our shipping cost, promptly upon receipt and inspection.

If you are exchanging an item due to a defect in materials of workmanship, we will replace the product at no cost.

 

Instructions for how to exchange defective product:

If an product you wish to return has been installed to a mattress, box spring, or pillow, we are required by law to destroy it. For this reason you may be charged a fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, plus shipping, for the return of used products.

Very important: Never ship or mail used bedding unless instructed to do so under Penalty of Law.

Step 1: Before shipping back any items, please contact customer service for return authorization.

Step 2: For your own protection, you may wish to get a confirmation of delivery receipt from the United States Postal Service, UPS or any other carrier you choose. Please retain this receipt for your records.

Step 3: Include a note with the reason of your return.

Step 4: Ship packages only (not correspondence) back to this address:

If you wish to receive your refund as quickly as possible, we recommend that your return shipment method be USPS, UPS, or any other carrier of your choice via first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Refunds will be issued in the manner in which original payment was made. If payment was by credit card, a credit will appear on your next or following statement. If payment was by check, your refund will be made by check and mailed to you via 1st class mail. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date you ship your package back to receive your refund via check.
