Bed bug infestations are on the rise, and many people need to be aware of what they should do in the event that they have one. However, it is not only people at home who need to be educated about bed bugs, but so do the pest management professionals (PMPs), so that they are able to answer any questions a person has. Bayer, a pest management company, recently came out with a DVD for PMPs to educate them on the topic.

"The new training DVD not only demonstrates the latest tips and tricks in bed bug identification and control from leading industry professionals, but also teaches PMPs how to educate colleagues, hotel employees, and customers alike about how they can take a proactive approach to bed bug control."

Those who have identified that they have a bed bug infestation in their homes may want to purchase mattress covers, which can keep the little insects at bay or trap them until professional help arrives and gets rid of them permanently.
