To keep the allergen levels on the mattress encasements and pillow encasements low, wash before use and repeat the following instructions:

Machine wash and dry every eight weeks at the following settings:

Water level: High
Temperature: 110° F (warm)
Cycle: Regular
Tumble dry: High, until completely dry
Warning: DO NOT BLEACH
